Responsibilities
Process simplification & operational efficiency
Drive simplification and standardisation of key Manufacturing Security operational processes, including:
Firewall request handling
IT Risk Assessment (ITRA) handling
Policy exception handling
Engagement with solution support services
Preparation and facilitation of efficient SVP Security Forum meetings
The focus is on reducing manual effort, clarifying ownership, and improving end to end flow and transparency across involved stakeholders.
Requirements
2. KPI and reporting enablement (Manufacturing Security)
Drive the analysis, improvement, and ongoing development of Manufacturing Security KPI reporting, with specific focus on:
Identify challenges and improvement opportunities in the GSP PS Net Power BI reporting
Establish clear ownership and Roles & Responsibilities across involved stakeholders (e.g. GSO, R&R, CMC & PS LoB, CMC & PS LoB IT Management, site coordinators)
Present cost and resource implications for maintaining the reporting solution (including constraints such as lack of a test environment)
Establish definition of the right KPIs for CMC & PS related to security within manufacturing, including thresholds and management relevant indicators
**3. Stakeholder alignment & governance support**
Act as a link between Manufacturing Security, GSO, R&R, and CMC & PS stakeholders
Ensure reporting, processes, and KPIs support decision making, prioritisation, and transparency
Provide structured input and recommendations to support governance forums and leadership discussions
