About the role
- IT Systemadministrator focusing on Sophos Security at bauXpert GmbH. Responsible for IT infrastructure management and support tasks in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Als Fachmann für Sophos-Produkte unterstützt du unsere Kunden und das IT-Team in Fragen der IT-Security.
- Mit Deiner Unterstützung werden der reibungslose Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der zentralen IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von Microsoft-Systemen sichergestellt.
- Du installierst und pflegst Anwendungen im Rechenzentrum und stellst diese technisch bereit.
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig Support-Tickets.
- Du führst Fehlerdiagnosen durch und behebst technische Störungen.
- Du übernimmst eigene - und unterstützt gemeinsame - IT-Projekte.
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Systemelektroniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung / Zertifizierung im Umgang mit Lösungen vom Hersteller Sophos mit Sophos XGS Firewall, Sophos Central Cybersecurity
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server-Betriebssystemen und Server-Virtualisierung
- Idealerweise weitere Erfahrung / Zertifizierung im Umgang mit Lösungen von Herstellern wie Citrix, Veeam, HPE Alletra Storage oder NinjaOne.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig und zielorientiert.
- Du hast eine gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
