About the role
- Head of Security at Street Group managing organizational security and working with IT and Engineering teams. Leading security posture and compliance while mitigating emerging threat vectors.
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership over our organisational security
- Working closely in partnership with IT and Engineering teams to ensure we have a strong security posture and culture across the company
- Providing clear, data-driven answers to the leadership team regarding our current security status and areas for improvement
- Designing and implementing pragmatic security policies that protect the business while allowing our teams to remain fast and flexible
- Managing the documentation and communication of our security standards to clients, including completing security assessments and compliance
- Acting as Data Protection Officer for the group
- Proactively identifying and mitigating new threat vectors emerging from AI technologies
Requirements
- You have a proven track record in a security role, ideally within a high-growth, start-up or scale-up
- You have personally led a company through the audit and maintenance processes for ISO27001
- You are comfortable working across both application security and infrastructure
- Deep understanding of data protection laws and policies
