About the role
- Senior Analyst supporting the oversight of commercial real estate investments at Bellwether, a global advisory firm. Involve in financial analyses, leasing performance evaluation and strategic initiatives across deals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of equity investments across various property types;
- Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity and monthly property operating performance;
- Maintain detailed and complex asset-level cash flow reforecasting models;
- Organize investment-level data on a monthly & quarterly reporting basis;
- Evaluate and analyze potential new investments, assisting with due diligence and execution of said investments;
- Liaison with operating partners and leading members of the asset management team to review business plan execution;
- Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed; and
- Help train and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Asset Management, Development, or Acquisitions across major asset classes experience preferred; client-facing experience preferred
- Experience with property underwriting and advanced financial modeling
- Familiarity with reading loan documents, joint-venture agreements, management agreements, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ARGUS Enterprise.
