- Accountant managing financial processes including invoicing and payments at bekumoo. Collaborating with management and ensuring smooth billing operations.
Responsibilities
- Verwaltung von SEPA-Mandaten und Vorbereitung des Lastschrifteinzugs
- Erstellung und Einrichtung von Rechnungen und Serienrechnungen
- Abgleich von Zahlungen sowie Pflege der Zahlerlisten
- Prüfung, Zuordnung und Vorbereitung von Belegen (Kontoauszüge, Kreditkartenabrechnungen)
- Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement
- Vorbereitung des Monatsabschlusses (alle Unterlagen bis zum 10. des Folgemonats)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater
- Prüfung und Implementierung neuer Tools (z. B. DATEV)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softwaretools (z. B. MS Office, DATEV, ggf. Pleo)
- Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und Prozessen sowie ein Auge für Details
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
