Responsibilities
Management of SEPA mandates and preparation of direct debit collections
Creation and setup of invoices and recurring invoices
Reconciliation of payments and maintenance of payer lists
Review, allocation, and preparation of supporting documents (bank statements, credit card statements)
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
Preparation of the month-end close (all documents by the 10th of the following month)
Close collaboration with our tax advisor
Review and implementation of new tools (e.g., DATEV)
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or relevant professional experience in finance or accounting
Structured, reliable, and meticulous working style
Confident use of common software tools (e.g., MS Office, DATEV, possibly Pleo)
Enjoy working with numbers and processes and have an eye for detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
