About the role

  • Accountant managing billing and payment processes for Finance at bekumoo. Ensuring smooth operation of accounting tasks and collaboration with management and tax consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Management of SEPA mandates and preparation of direct debit collections
  • Creation and setup of invoices and recurring invoices
  • Reconciliation of payments and maintenance of payer lists
  • Review, allocation, and preparation of supporting documents (bank statements, credit card statements)
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
  • Preparation of the month-end close (all documents by the 10th of the following month)
  • Close collaboration with our tax advisor
  • Review and implementation of new tools (e.g., DATEV)

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or relevant professional experience in finance or accounting
  • Structured, reliable, and meticulous working style
  • Confident use of common software tools (e.g., MS Office, DATEV, possibly Pleo)
  • Enjoy working with numbers and processes and have an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
