Responsibilities

  • Identify new potential customers
  • Build strong relationships and showcase the value of solutions
  • Focus on finding projects and improvement opportunities with existing customers
  • Act as a trusted product consultant
  • Collaborate with partners
  • Customer visits and organize events such as seminars, training sessions, and technical workshops
  • Manage CRM, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Act as a link between the market and the company

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a commercial focus
  • Technical knowledge in HMI, PLC, and familiarity with Codesys and Drives
  • Knowledge of open web technologies (OPC-UA, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong expertise in both hardware and software
  • Experience managing customer projects and project management
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Understanding of communication solutions and digitalization
  • Background in the marine or manufacturing segments
  • Broad technical knowledge of solutions/applications
  • Familiarity with IFS or similar ERP systems
  • Experience working with CRM systems
