About the role
- Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for developing and maintaining analytical tools at Bridgestone. Focus on Power BI dashboards and improving reporting processes across Retail EMEA Franchise Business.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights across multiple business areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and translate them into insightful, user-friendly reports.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of data from different sources and systems.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts and increase efficiency.
- Aggregate procurement reports into Power BI dashboards (Poland & Czech Republic).
- Prepare reports for RBCs to provide visibility on POS sales results in marketing programs (Procurement & HRD).
- Produce monthly financial dashboards and ad-hoc reports when required.
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with established reporting standards and deadlines.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, data visualization, and automation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data in a simple and clear way to stakeholders.
- Languages: Polish native; English – high level.
