Responsibilities
Recepción y análisis de causas: interpretación y clasificación del tipo de proceso o reclamo a gestionar
Gestión de información y documentación: solicitar, reunir y organizar datos para que el abogado interno pueda fijar postura legal en casos de Defensa del Consumidor, Juicios y Mediaciones.
Derivación de casos: una vez cargada la denuncia en el sistema por Mesa de Entrada, coordinar la entrega de la información dentro de los plazos establecidos al abogado interno para su tratamiento.
Carga de datos, actualización y cierre de registros de cada caso en el sistema centralizado.
Seguimiento de gestiones: coordinar con las áreas involucradas para obtener la documentación requerida y garantizar que el expediente esté completo.
Control de calidad de datos: verificar que la información ingresada sea precisa y correctamente clasificada.
Brindar soporte administrativo a clientes internos: área de Servicios Jurídicos y Banca Minorista.
Requirements
Disponibilidad para trabajar durante 6 meses en una posición temporal (excluyente)
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles administrativos o similares.
Estudiantes avanzados de carreras como Derecho, Administración de Empresas, Actuario o afines.
Manejo avanzado de Paquete Office y Google Sheets (excluyente)
Conocimientos de Inteligencia Artificial aplicados a gestión de información (deseable)
Perfil organizado, detallista y analítico, con flexibilidad, orientación a la mejora continua y al cumplimiento de objetivos.
