Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies for various product areas and employer branding/recruitment marketing in coordination with clients
  • Derive editorial/content calendars and manage the corresponding projects
  • Create creative and engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Community management and interaction with followers, customers, and prospects
  • Continuous analysis of social media activities and implementation of optimization measures
  • Close collaboration with clients' marketing and communications teams

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational qualification in marketing, communications, or a comparable field
  • Proven professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in an agency environment
  • Solid knowledge of using and optimizing various social media platforms
  • Proficiency in video and photo production using common industry software
  • Creativity, initiative, and a strong sense for current trends in social media
  • Foreign language skills, especially a good command of English
  • Enjoy working with people and excellent communication skills
