IT consultant for systems operations in life sciences, providing consultancy and support for technology solutions. Working with Veeva Vaults and Salesforce in Denmark and Spain.
Responsibilities
Provide post-implementation consultancy.
Design, implement, and support technology solutions.
Provide L2 support and ensure optimal performance of customers' systems.
Define operations and maintenance processes.
Support systems setup, training, and OCM.
General application management and customer care.
Reporting, coordination, and team management.
Refine change requests and develop solutions in Veeva Vault, Vault CRM, and Salesforce.
Evaluate and document Veeva releases.
System administration and incident/problem/request handling.
Quality and compliance management, including documentation and risk management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks under time constraints.
Self-driven.
Proficiency in Veeva systems (e.g. QD, QMS, VT, CTMS, CDMS, CMS, PromoMats etc.) is a plus.
Foreign language knowledge (in addition to English) is a plus.
Proven experience as an IT consultant in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry (GxP) is a plus.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful IT projects, preferably with some Agile experience is a plus.
Best practices in IT service management (ITIL) is a plus.
Valid Veeva certification is a plus.
