About the role
- Senior Consultant responsible for scoping and delivering Salesforce Agentforce AI solutions. Collaborating with pharma and life science clients for comprehensive implementations in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Scope Salesforce AI solutions for our pharma & life science customers based on pharma & life science best practice but also agentforce best practice.
- Lead the implementation of end-2-end Agentforce implementations incl agents, actions, topics, prompts, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Consult on and support on ensuring required data sources and their quality incl data 360 and other sources.
- Guide & enable onshore & offshore Agentforce implementation teams.
- Work with project team & Salesforce architects to ensure consistency and fit of the solution into overall business process and Salesforce best practices.
- Provide testing approach for Agentforce and support customers in generating value out of Agentforce.
- Depending on the experience: Own the overall agentforce service offering within BASE and act as Agentforce subject matter expert (SME) within BASE.
- Collaborate with BASE AI experts (e.g. from medical or clinical) to bring pharma specific AI concepts to Agentforce.
Requirements
- Hands on experience in implementing Salesforce Agentforce AI Stack.
- Deep understanding of AI concepts & prompt building.
- Deep knowledge of CRM systems especially Salesforce.
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator, App Builder, Agentforce specialist, Data Cloud.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharma, life sciences, or equivalent.
- Between 3-5 years' experience with the system in scope.
- Experience in consulting.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
