Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the change framework for both AGILE and Waterfall project types; strong emphasis on AGILE methodology, JIRA
- Prior Operations/Process Owner/Process Delegate (PO) experience
- Deposit, Card, IRA product knowledge & experience
- Prior Estate Operations experience, or knowledge of Probate process
- Present material to senior leaders and business partners influencing change
