Responsibilities
Leading and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF)
Executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards
Supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF
Identifying issues and control improvements for remediation
Building out actions plans and milestones
Overseeing and monitoring GT Issues Management activities throughout their lifecycle
Driving collaboration with teammates across organizations
Requirements
5+ years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal or compliance experience within a financial services or technology organization
Communicates complex technical subject matter into clear, concise language suited for various audiences ranging from executives to junior analysts
Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and provide written recommendation within required format
Excellent writing/communication skills
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
Ability to challenge in a firm, but non-confrontational manner
Proven facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
