- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical reports, ensuring data quality, standardization, and decision-making support;
- Collaborate with vendors and technology partners, conducting technical alignments and validating deliveries;
- Organize and support the technical backlog related to integrations, automations, and system improvements, contributing with estimates and prioritization;
- Support business areas in reviewing and improving processes, proposing suitable technological solutions and advising on best practices;
- Lead technical and operational meetings, ensuring expectation alignment, change management, and delivery follow-up;
- Monitor the performance of integrations, processes, and dashboards, producing metrics and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Information Systems, or Project Management.
