Responsibilities
- Key role in ensuring the accuracy, consolidation and analysis of financial and non-financial data.
- Participation in the production of monthly and consolidated results for the group’s companies.
- Preparation of the annual budget and the 5-year business plan (P&L, balance sheet, cash, CapEx, etc.).
- Ensuring the reliability of various forecasts and projected KPIs.
- Participation in forward-looking studies and monitoring of action plans.
- Contribution to the harmonization of management practices across the group.
- Coordination of reporting campaigns and consolidation of non-financial data.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance/management control (business school, Master CCA, Master in Audit & Management Control or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within a multi-site industrial group environment.
- Proficiency with reporting and financial analysis tools.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Interest in management systems and tools (ERP, BI, EPM, etc.).
- Knowledge of Sage X3 is a plus.
- Ability to translate numbers into concrete operational levers.
- Strong interest in CSR/sustainability.
- Comfortable in English (minimum B2 level required).
