About the role
- Accounts Payable Specialist managing financial processes within BAM's Finance Services team. Optimizing creditor processes while ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Beheren en controleren van de crediteurentussenrekening en zorgen voor tijdige betaling van inkoopfacturen;
- Uitvoeren van beheeracties om openstaande vervallen facturen te minimaliseren;
- Analyseren van data, signaleren van trends en aandragen van structurele verbeteringen;
- Uitzoeken van onbekende betalingen en oplossen van financiële discrepanties;
- Beheren van aanmaningen, faillissementsdossiers en incassotrajecten;
- Proactief signaleren van knelpunten en meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties;
- Onderhouden van professioneel contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
Requirements
- HBO werk en denkniveau of een afgeronde MBO 4+ opleiding in een financiële richting, met 3–5 jaar relevante ervaring
- Diepgaande kennis van het crediteurenproces en ervaring met ERP systemen (bij voorkeur SAP)
- Sterke vaardigheden in data analyse en Excel (pivottables, formules, rapportages)
- Inzicht in incasso , betalings en faillissementsprocedures
- Communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen
- Proactieve, hands on mentaliteit en affiniteit met compliance en procesoptimalisatie
