About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct high quality sustainability analysis using data analytical tools to track and evaluate the company’s environmental performance accross different fronts
- Develop data-driven approaches to generate sustainability insights
- Conduct sustainability and circularity research, including collection, management, and analysis of internal and external datasets.
- Maintain and develop global sustainability databases (e.g., recycling rates, carbon modeling inputs, regional assumptions).
- Support development of business intelligence tools and sustainability KPIs for internal dashboards and external reporting.
- Respond to customer and regional requests related to GHG emissions and sustainability metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–3+ years of experience in data analytics
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, Python, or similar
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
