- Coordinate workflow across multiple audit or compliance review projects.
- Prepare structured findings summaries and support managers in presenting results to clients.
- Maintain high documentation standards, version control, and organized audit workpapers.
- Support the development of client compliance programs, internal controls, and process improvements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to consultants and analysts.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in customs compliance, trade advisory, brokerage, or importing roles.
- Strong working knowledge of customs regulations, tariff frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to identify and explain compliance risks clearly and logically.
- High accuracy in reviewing technical work.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to draft clear, technically sound compliance narratives or responses.
- Proficiency with Excel and large‑dataset analysis.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
