About the role

  • Help individuals, teams and the wider organisation to implement, adopt and embrace an Agile mindset
  • Use a deep knowledge of various Agile tools, techniques and frameworks to guide teams on their journey to unlock full potential
  • Guide, coach and mentor teams to embrace Agile ways of working
  • Ensure that teams understand and adhere to Agile theory and practices
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, removing barriers between stakeholders and the team
  • Help the team perform at its highest level
  • Promote self-organisation within the team, facilitating the team’s events and ceremonies
  • Support healthy team dynamics by creating psychologically safe environments

Requirements

  • Experience in offering hands-on advice and coaching to at least one team
  • Lead and coached a department or small business-unit in Agile adoption and implementation
  • Facilitated the wider Agile/Scrum community within your organisation
  • Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and mentoring different Scrum/Agile techniques
  • Understanding or experience in Agile scaling frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe and Nexus
  • Security Clearance due to the nature of our work
