- Use a deep knowledge of various Agile tools, techniques and frameworks to guide teams on their journey to unlock full potential
- Guide, coach and mentor teams to embrace Agile ways of working
- Ensure that teams understand and adhere to Agile theory and practices
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, removing barriers between stakeholders and the team
- Help the team perform at its highest level
- Promote self-organisation within the team, facilitating the team’s events and ceremonies
- Support healthy team dynamics by creating psychologically safe environments
Requirements
- Experience in offering hands-on advice and coaching to at least one team
- Lead and coached a department or small business-unit in Agile adoption and implementation
- Facilitated the wider Agile/Scrum community within your organisation
- Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and mentoring different Scrum/Agile techniques
- Understanding or experience in Agile scaling frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe and Nexus
- Security Clearance due to the nature of our work
