- Manage and direct procurement operations across Mission Systems.
- Drive delivery of benefit and savings targets for the business.
- Collate and present performance reports for Group and Sector leadership.
- Champion process standardisation and act as Coupa lead for Group P&SC.
Requirements
- Significant procurement experience, ideally in a project procurement environment, including management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Flexible approach to workload and ability to operate at all levels.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to lead and influence in a matrix environment.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, IFS, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Degree-level qualification and/or relevant engineering, supply chain, or lean culture experience.
- Membership of a professional body such as CIPS Level 5 or above (advantageous but not essential).
