Responsibilities
Provide operational and strategic leadership to ensure successful delivery of project commitments.
Manage complex engineering projects, ensuring teams understand and meet requirements across cost, schedule, and quality.
Oversee full lifecycle delivery, including requirements capture, scoping, pricing, commercial solutions, and proposal development.
Drive effective risk management, minimising exposure and ensuring robust governance.
Apply structured change management to balance customer flexibility with sound commercial agreements.
Requirements
Significant experience in advanced project management within a relevant technical or engineering environment.
Proven leadership experience, motivating and directing multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects with varied demands, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Strong financial management capability to maintain project profitability.
Experience delivering solutions through internal resource teams and external supply chains.
APM PMQ or equivalent professional project management qualification.
Chartered status or equivalent accreditation.
The successful candidate must be a SOLE UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
