Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and continuously improve Babcock’s rotational Engineering Graduate Programme across multiple disciplines.
- Create a structured, accreditation‑aligned pathway (e.g., IMechE, IET) that develops diverse early‑career talent.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to scope high‑value placements.
- Lead graduate recruitment, onboarding and cohort experience.
- Coach and support graduates and their managers.
- Measure outcomes and continuously improve the programme using feedback, analytics and accreditation requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme management, talent development or early careers coordination.
- Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and career pathways.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
- Experience working with graduate programmes in a technical or engineering environment.
