- Preparation, planning and monitoring of the budget and forecasts, and contribution to strategic initiatives
- Support in analyzing and validating calculation templates, including regular adjustments and improvements
- Preparation and monitoring of liquidity planning
- Development of a structured data foundation for automated report generation
- Optimization of cost and performance accounting
- Regular preparation of pre- and post-project cost calculations
- Preparation and further development of monthly reporting and reporting to the management team
- Support in preparing the annual financial statements and audits
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in controlling
- Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and an understanding of complex relationships
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Independent and structured working style, entrepreneurial mindset, and reliability
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
