About the role
- Controller overseeing finance and controlling processes for corporate groups. Building forecasts and budgets while advising management on efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the controlling of equity holdings for defined group companies
- Prepare robust analyses, reports, forecasts and budgets to support management decision-making
- Prepare and present decision papers to management committees
- Provide expert financial advice to executive management and operational units, focusing on efficiency improvements
- Lead and coordinate cross-departmental corporate initiatives
- Strengthen business units and subsidiaries through targeted training programs
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with a focus on Finance or Controlling
- Extensive experience in controlling, preferably in an international industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of participation/subsidiary controlling, cost accounting, and HGB/IFRS accounting standards
- Fluent German and English (C1 level)
- Independent, structured working style with strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor
