About the role
- System Engineer developing cloud, communication and network solutions. Designing stable systems and providing expert support for clients.
Responsibilities
- You continuously develop your technical skills, share your knowledge with the team, and support colleagues as a technical sparring partner and mentor
- You ensure the stable and reliable operation of our systems and competently support our customers with troubleshooting, helpdesk, and ticketing
- You contribute your expertise to the further development of our system landscapes and actively participate in architecture and solution design
- As a technical contact, you support training, events, and marketing formats, helping to make our know-how visible
Requirements
- You have several years of experience as a System Engineer, IT Systems Administrator, or in a comparable technical role
- You have solid knowledge in operating, troubleshooting, and developing IT infrastructures
- Your working style combines a hands-on mentality with a clear focus on architecture, processes, and sustainable solutions
- Ideally, you have experience with Alcatel‑Lucent products — this would be a strong plus
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are an additional advantage and underline your technical expertise
- You have business-fluent German and very good English skills
