About the role

• Quality Manager responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 systems in a collaborative environment. Joining a strong team focused on quality management and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Translate and implement requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes
• Ensure appropriate methods and procedures for analysing, optimising and monitoring an integrated management system are available and used effectively
• Maintain and further develop these procedures across the company
• Organise appropriate training and workshops
• Detect system nonconformities early, assess them thoroughly and derive targeted corrective actions
• Support the entire process of internal and external audits
• Assemble a qualified audit team and ensure their professional development
• Apply knowledge of audit principles, procedures and techniques
• Use methodical risk management approaches to achieve sustainable process improvement

Requirements

• Degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, quality management or a comparable field — alternatively a relevant vocational qualification
• Initial practical experience in quality management, ideally with ISO 9001
• Knowledge of additional standards — e.g. environmental management, information security (ISO 27001)
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work in a structured way in complex situations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively in a team
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
