About the role
- Intern supporting quality management and information security at Axians in Germany for at least 5 months. Engage in process optimization and document management within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung im Qualitäts- und Informationssicherheitsmanagement : Arbeite aktiv mit bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen.
- Prozesse dokumentieren : Hilf dabei, Prozessabläufe zu erfassen und zu erstellen – immer in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Expert:innen.
- Mitwirken bei internen Audits : Sei dabei, wenn wir interne Audits vorbereiten und nachbereiten, und lerne, worauf es ankommt.
- Daten analysieren : Erstelle Statistiken und Reportings, die uns helfen, noch besser zu werden.
- Dokumente aktualisieren : Überarbeite Vorgabe-Dokumente redaktionell und halte sie auf dem neuesten Stand.
Requirements
- Du machst ein Praktikum innerhalb deines Studiums : Ob im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang – wichtig ist, dass du noch 5 Monate für das Praktikum Zeit hast.
- Analytisches Denken & Projektverständnis : Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Projekte und gehst analytisch an Aufgaben heran.
- Fit in MS Office : Word, Excel und PowerPoint sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
- Bonus: Software-Know-how : Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen mit Prozessmodellierungssoftware wie ViFlow oder Visio.
