About the role
- Consultant in IT focusing on ERP systems for waste management. Responsible for process optimization and user training in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the digitalisation of municipal and commercial waste and disposal services together with your project team
- Analyse and optimise processes related to our ERP system and adjacent specialist departments
- Provide process and organisational consulting in close collaboration with our customers and partners
- Train end users following software implementation
- Receive comprehensive, practice-oriented onboarding from a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in‑house training and conferences
- Work within a strong team culture while managing an autonomous area of responsibility
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration, or vocational training in a business-related field (e.g., office administration, industrial clerk, IT systems clerk, ...)
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Initial experience in project management
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Independent working style, strong self-motivation and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
