About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a company-wide health promotion and prevention strategy (focus: mental health, stress prevention, resilience) for employees and leaders in an international environment
- Design, manage and evaluate digital health campaigns and social media initiatives to promote wellbeing and mental health
- Advise and support HR, managers and teams in implementing health-promoting measures and programs
- Develop and deliver trainings, workshops and awareness campaigns (online/offline) on topics such as mental health, healthy leadership and prevention, with particular focus on our Gen Z employees and our training center in Kosovo
- Conduct scientific analysis of health data (e.g., employee surveys, usage data from health platforms) and derive evidence-based recommendations to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with internal and external communications, HR and marketing teams, as well as international partners
Requirements
- University degree in Psychology with a focus on Health Sciences, Public Health, or Health Communication
- Experience developing and implementing health promotion and prevention programs, ideally in international companies
- Solid knowledge of mental health, prevention, social marketing and data analysis
- Strong communication skills, creativity and the ability to present complex topics in a way tailored to target audiences
- Experience in project management and working with interdisciplinary teams
- Business-fluent German and English and very good knowledge of Albanian; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently and enthusiasm for international collaboration
