Events & Partner Marketing Coordinator planning and coordinating marketing activities at Axians. Responsible for event management and collaboration with partners and sales teams.
Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating and executing event and partner marketing activities
Central point of contact between Marketing, Sales and partners
Coordinating marketing activities in close collaboration with technology and sales partners
Planning, organizing and hands-on execution of our participation in industry trade shows, partner events, customer events and webinars
Responsible for event communications such as landing pages, invitations, mailings, reminders and follow-up activities
Post-event follow-up including participant management, lead handling and alignment with Sales for optimal further processing
Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns (Paid & Owned Media)
Contribute to the maintenance and development of our websites (WordPress) and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
Requirements
Completed education in marketing (e.g., Swiss HF / University of Applied Sciences FH) or equivalent further training with a focus on marketing/communication or event management
Experience in planning and executing events and sponsorships
Experience using CMS tools (WordPress), CRM tools (HubSpot) and social media channels (LinkedIn)
Proficient with Microsoft 365
A flair for design as well as copywriting and storytelling skills
Interest in innovative IT topics and willingness to learn about cloud and business application topics
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages such as French/Italian are an advantage)
