About the role

  • Senior Commercial Manager responsible for driving growth in an innovative insurance company. Building relationships and managing sales processes to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and contact potential clients to present our products and services;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Present the benefits and features of products persuasively and convincingly;
  • Monitor the sales process from prospecting through closing, ensuring an efficient workflow;
  • Manage relationships with key clients;
  • Develop and manage business plans;
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements;
  • Monitor and improve sales and service processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in insurance brokerages;
  • Knowledge of Surety Bond insurance (Seguro Garantia);
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills;
  • Results-oriented with strong motivation to meet targets;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships;
  • Basic knowledge of negotiation and closing techniques;
  • Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
