About the role

  • Manager in Business Services delivering operational objectives and ensuring compliance with process execution. Leading team development in Shared Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver operational objectives including timely processing of daily O2C transactions.
  • Align process execution with Global Process Owners.
  • Ensure compliance practices within the O2C domain.
  • Represent GBS in global meetings as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate effectively across global time zones.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration for best practice sharing.
  • Lead and contribute to global and local projects.
  • Support development of project plans and timelines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for scaling GBS operations.
  • Manage escalations and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in GBS/SSC/BPO area.
  • Masters/Bachelors in Business Admin or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in people management.
  • Deep understanding of the domain and technology used in the area of responsibility.
  • SAP experience is a must; other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience with process standardization, optimization, digitalization, Lean, Analytic is a must.
  • Fluent in English.
