Responsibilities
- Part of AVEVA NA project delivery services group
- Delivering world class Manufacturing Execution Systems and Manufacturing Operations Management solutions based on Model Driven MES principles
- Working with multinational manufacturing customers based in NA
- Helping customers achieve their business objectives
- Improving supply chain for customers
- Providing value through various continuous process improvement initiatives
- Interviewing customers and gathering requirements
- Translating information into formal requirements
- Working with the Project Manager to provide detailed Work Breakdown Structure for efficient project task management
- Enforcing technical and project execution best practices
- Conducting unit testing and system testing as per the test plan
- Managing development, quality and production environments
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in building MES solutions
- At least 3 years of experience demonstrating strong leadership skills in multi-site MES project implementations
- Full software development life cycle experience
- Experience with Production Scheduling and Optimization
- Experience with Recipe Management
- Experience with Production Sequencing and Dispatch
- Experience with Order Execution
- Experience with Genealogy, Track & Trace, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
- ERP Integration experience
- Production Quality, Statistical Process Control and Automation experience
- Any experience with Business Process Management using Workflows is a plus
- Any ISA-88/Batch Control experience is a plus
- Any Warehouse Management experience is a plus
