About the role
- Test Automation Engineer (Java) focusing on building and improving QA processes for enterprise systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and strengthen test automation practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium
- Perform API testing and validate system integrations
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects
- Contribute to improving test coverage and automation strategy
- Participate in code reviews and QA process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA, including hands-on test automation
- Strong experience with Java for test automation
- Solid knowledge of Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with API testing (REST)
- Understanding of software testing principles and SDLC
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Good communication skills in English
- Polish language skills will be considered a strong plus.
- Nice-to-have skills: Experience with test frameworks (e.g. TestNG / JUnit)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Basic knowledge of databases / SQL
