Responsibilities
- Work on the implementation and evolution of SAP ECC / S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash) solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize business processes
- Analyze existing systems and workflows, identifying improvements and automation opportunities
- Configure and customize the SAP SD/OTC module according to business requirements
- Ensure SAP integration with legacy systems and other platforms
- Work with IDocs and logistics interfaces to integrate external systems
- Conduct functional testing and validation of implemented solutions
- Monitor system performance and address incident resolution
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and requirements-gathering
- Translate business needs into efficient technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards
- Support innovation initiatives and continuous improvement
- Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA (OTC/SD)
- Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Knowledge of SAP SD configuration and customization
- Experience with integrations via IDocs, particularly in logistics execution
- Experience integrating with legacy systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
