Responsibilities
- Evaluate and respond to tickets related to SAP access and satellite environments
- Apply knowledge of business processes to contribute to risk analyses
- Provide support to users on access, roles, and authorization requests
- Participate in projects, defining and granting access securely
- Analyze and manage SAP authorization structures
- Be responsible for the approval portal and approval hierarchies and authorization thresholds
- Manage, review, and keep policies and procedures up to date
- Perform periodic controls according to defined recurrence
- Conduct access reviews and support day-to-day governance
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Manage and evolve the SoD Matrix in SAP
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in governance processes
