Responsibilities

  • Entering and recording accounting transactions
  • Managing and tracking supplier and customer invoices
  • Preparing tax and social declarations
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
  • Communicating with different departments to optimize processes
  • Organizing and filing accounting documents
  • Assisting during internal and external audits
  • Monitoring payments and following up on outstanding receivables

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and invoice management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Attention to detail and rigor in work
  • Good command of computer tools and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
  • Initiative and proactivity in improving processes
