About the role

  • Digital Media Designer creating engaging visual concepts across digital channels at an international marketing agency. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to manage design projects flexibly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for digital channels
  • Provide proactive and strategic consulting to clients
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept through handover
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and IT
  • Ensure consistent application of the corporate design
  • Design user interfaces for digital products
  • Conduct and analyze A/B tests
  • Review design deliverables for technical feasibility

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in Graphic, Communication, or Media Design
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Very good knowledge of typography, color theory, and image editing
  • Confident use of AI tools
  • Experience with UI/UX tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Fluent German and good English skills
