Responsibilities
- Work on data projects autonomously, from requirements mapping to database modeling and data provisioning.
- Create and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring efficient data transformation and storage.
- Contribute to the design, documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of data code and tools.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and scalability within the company's ETL/ELT platform.
- Translate business needs into data solutions aligned with the data platform's strategies and tools.
- Mentor team members and promote data literacy among stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing code reviews and quality checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in technology, business administration, engineering, or related fields;
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders;
- Experience in complex environments with large volumes of data;
- Experience creating and maintaining data pipelines;
- Programming experience with general-purpose languages (Python, R, Scala);
- Experience with data storage and processing technologies and techniques (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mart);
- Proficiency in SQL for data modeling and solving complex problems in an optimized way;
- Basic knowledge of software engineering practices (documentation, automated testing, clean code).
