Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer working on web‐based SaaS products, ideally in B2B settings.
- A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking, clear problem framing, and high‐quality, production‐ready UI for complex, multi-step workflows
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping practices.
- Comfort working in a fast‐moving environment, breaking down complex workflows into simple, usable experiences.
- Genuine interest in how AI can augment human work, and curiosity about designing for AI‐driven experiences.
- Exposure to AI‐powered products (e.g. generative AI assistants, copilots, recommendations) and the nuances of designing for trust and explainability.
