Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solution consulting, sales engineering, or a closely related customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions
- High fluency in APIs, system integrations, and creative problem-solving
- Deep experience designing and delivering technical trainings for external customers
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for solar, clean technology, and meaningful innovation.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems commonly used by scaling organizations (Nice to Haves)
- Fluency in, or familiarity with, French, Spanish, or Italian (Nice to Haves)
- Background in technical account management, solution consulting, or customer success at a SaaS company (Nice to Haves)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Nice to Haves)
