- 10+ years of directly relevant work experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience developing and managing data analytics, data science and analytics engineering products
- Proven success as a data analytics and data product leader
- Strong detail-oriented execution skills
- Success in leading/sponsoring large data analytics and reporting initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Expert level coding ability in SQL, Python, R, and/or other coding languages
