Responsibilities
Ensure Financial Planners are competent, confident, and capable of delivering excellent customer outcomes
Supervise, assess, and coach Financial Planners
Manage training records
Support professional development through the T&C Scheme
Conduct mandatory observations and competency assessments
Prepare and review Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Review CPD records quarterly
Assess Fit & Proper declarations
Produce quarterly KPI dashboards
Support delivery of training sessions and coaching
Ensure timely completion of onboarding T&C activities for new Financial Planners.
Requirements
Minimum Level 4 qualification in Regulated Financial Planning
Proven experience in financial services training, competence, or supervision roles
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to analyse information and make evidence-based decisions
Confident coaching and training skills, delivered one-to-one, in groups, and remotely
Skilled in building rapport and influencing a variety of stakeholders
Committed to high standards of conduct and achieving excellent customer outcomes.
