Responsibilities
- You are the consultant who translates complex challenges faced by executive leadership into technological levers for performance.
- You help decision-makers understand risks (technical, dependency, economic) and structure mitigation strategies through the adoption of autonomous technology building blocks.
- You support large organizations and public institutions in creating AI factories.
- You work on defining governance, delivery models, and resilience strategies to build a robust AI infrastructure.
- You lead scoping engagements with executive bodies (Executive Committee, Data Directorate) to identify sources of ROI.
- You orchestrate the dialogue between business needs and our Data Science experts, translating strategic issues into operational roadmaps.
- You ensure each deployment fits within a secure architecture and meets the highest compliance standards.
- You drive the development of the practice and lead responses to complex requests for proposals (RFPs).
- You actively participate in recruiting, coaching, and structuring our consulting team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or engineering degree (equivalent to Bac+5), ideally in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Data/AI consulting or strategy, with a proven initial experience in team management.
- Strong command of technological issues and experience managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Experience in the public sector, heavy industry, or C-level consulting.
- Fluent English is required.
- Solid understanding of Data & AI concepts and experience delivering projects.
- Excellent synthesizing skills and ease producing high-level materials (slide decks).
