Responsibilities
You guide our customers through all project phases, from conception and implementation to a successful go-live
You capture customer requirements in detail, translate them into tailored solution concepts, and are responsible for implementation and customization
In a technically sophisticated environment you contribute your expertise and actively advance innovative topics, such as the introduction of AI agents
You are responsible for the project management of our Zendesk projects — from planning to successful delivery
With your commitment, you contribute to the ongoing development of our clients' customer experience
Together with cross-functional teams, you develop sophisticated CX strategies that support our clients' long-term success
Requirements
You understand customer service as a central lever for a holistic customer experience
You are familiar with agile methodologies and motivated to tackle complex requirements and implement them in challenging projects
You have no problem taking responsibility, even beyond your core role
You are highly familiar with Zendesk or other CX tools and have administered them and/or executed projects
You may have already set up initial AI agents and/or chatbots
You bring an understanding of IT contexts and processes
Communication is one of your strengths, and you remain composed even when faced with challenges
You speak fluent German.
