About the role

  • Consultant role helping clients implement Zendesk for improved customer service efficiency. Involves analyzing requests, customizing systems, and leading projects from conception to go-live.

Responsibilities

  • You guide our customers through all project phases, from conception and implementation to a successful go-live
  • You capture customer requirements in detail, translate them into tailored solution concepts, and are responsible for implementation and customization
  • In a technically sophisticated environment you contribute your expertise and actively advance innovative topics, such as the introduction of AI agents
  • You are responsible for the project management of our Zendesk projects — from planning to successful delivery
  • With your commitment, you contribute to the ongoing development of our clients' customer experience
  • Together with cross-functional teams, you develop sophisticated CX strategies that support our clients' long-term success

Requirements

  • You understand customer service as a central lever for a holistic customer experience
  • You are familiar with agile methodologies and motivated to tackle complex requirements and implement them in challenging projects
  • You have no problem taking responsibility, even beyond your core role
  • You are highly familiar with Zendesk or other CX tools and have administered them and/or executed projects
  • You may have already set up initial AI agents and/or chatbots
  • You bring an understanding of IT contexts and processes
  • Communication is one of your strengths, and you remain composed even when faced with challenges
  • You speak fluent German.
