Requirements
- Growing and varied experience of working in or with water companies in a regulatory environment
- Experience and understanding of planning, engineering and regulatory considerations for utilities
- Technical background in Water, Wastewater, Water Resources, Water Quality and/or economics
- Appreciation of the regulatory side of a utility business
- Inquisitive mind and good report writing skills are important attributes
- Client-focused and able to build strong relationships
