About the role

  • TI Architect defining and standardizing software technologies and frameworks for Atento, ensuring robust, scalable systems aligned with business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for defining the system structure, including how it will be organized into modules, components, integrations, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Define appropriate technologies and tools for use internally at Atento or by partners who customize solutions for Atento. Based on project types, recommend programming languages, frameworks, development tools, and infrastructure (on-premises, cloud, etc.).
  • Must anticipate technical challenges and ensure the system is scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Will be consulted and must act as a mentor to technical teams, guiding them in adhering to best practices and established corporate standards.
  • Understand the pain points and challenges of business areas and translate them into technical solutions to be implemented by technical teams.
  • Must document the architecture and produce diagrams that all internal teams and suppliers can use to understand and evolve the system.
  • Assess technical risks (inappropriate technologies, integration issues, performance limitations, security vulnerabilities) and propose solutions/alternatives before they occur.
  • Monitor the software lifecycle, staying informed about maintenance, evaluating improvements, and ensuring technical decisions are followed.
  • Continuously update knowledge on trends, new technologies, security, cloud, development best practices, and emerging architectures (microservices, serverless, etc.).
  • Prepare and present technology reports and solution proposals to senior management, highlighting expected benefits, costs, and impacts.
  • Participate in digital transformation projects, ensuring technological solutions align with the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years in the field with proven experience
  • Programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, Python)
  • Automation languages/tools (n8n, MS Power Apps, etc.)
  • Modern frameworks (e.g., Spring, .NET, Angular, React, Node.js, Express)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong knowledge of information security
  • UML modeling and architecture tools
  • Integration (APIs, microservices, middleware)
  • DevOps practices and current technology trends
  • Effective communication, vendor negotiation, leadership of technical teams, conflict management, and strategic decision-making
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (Information Systems, Computer Engineering)
  • Postgraduate degree in Management or Security is a plus
  • Security certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001, Security+
