Responsibilities

• Embed directly with clinical, operations, and market teams to understand how the business works from the inside
• Run discovery with business leaders to find the problems worth solving — the ones costing time, money, or quality of care
• Rapidly prototype and build tools, automations, and applications that teams can use immediately
• Experiment constantly with new technologies, models, and platforms as they emerge
• Translate what is technically possible into something a care coordinator can open on Monday morning and immediately use
• Teach the teams you work with so what you build outlasts your involvement
• Help shape how technology is responsibly adopted across a growing organization

Benefits

• Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office location can either be in Monterey Park or Orange County, CA.
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $100,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
