Responsibilities
Independent planning and consulting in the field of measurement, control and regulation technology (MCR) and building automation
Integration of specialist plans for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems (HVAC & sanitary) to develop control strategies and control schematics
Execution of all service phases according to HOAI for demanding projects
Independent and supporting specialist site management (technical construction supervision) including all organizational tasks — from reviewing shop and installation drawings to final commissioning
Conducting condition surveys and evaluating existing system technology
Supporting our internal facility management (FM) consulting in commissioning management
Requirements
Completed engineering degree (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) or equivalent technical qualification; career changers (technicians, master craftsmen) with solid knowledge in the areas mentioned above are welcome
Several years of professional experience in the field
Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships and knowledge of the planning process for sanitary, heating, ventilation, cooling (refrigeration) and electrical engineering
Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate in a team with specialist colleagues and architects
